Description
One of the best routes of the trip! We stop at several viewpoints, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the island.
We visit the Teide National Park and drive through an almost lunar environment surrounding the highest mountain in Spain: the 3,718 m high volcano El Teide.
You will also have the opportunity to visit the Pico Viejo volcano (inactive, with a colourful crater 800m in diameter) and finally the emblematic Roque de García.
We continue our route through the narrow streets of Masca, a pretty village with the impressive Masca Ravine.
Then we continue and visit the charming village of Garachico, which in 1706 was the most important port of the time, later destroyed by the volcanic eruption. Today Garachico is famous for its lava pools.
Our next stop is the village of Icod de los Vinos, where we can visit the famous old dragon tree.
We then return to Puerto de la Cruz.
Pick up in Puerto de la Cruz!
Transfer by bus from the south: Same viewpoints, but in a different order!
