How do I book an activity?
You can easily book an activity through our website. Simply choose the activity you are interested in, select the date and number of people and follow the steps to complete your booking. You can also call us directly.
Do you offer transport on trips?
Yes, for most of our excursions we offer transport from selected locations in Tenerife. If you are not sure if your location is included, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Are there any age requirements to take part in the activities?
Each activity has its own age requirements. Some activities are suitable for the whole family, while others may have restrictions. Please check the activity description for more details or contact us if you have any questions.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to cancellation fees.
What should I bring for the activities?
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing suitable for the activity you will be doing. It is also a good idea to bring sunscreen, water and, depending on the activity, swimwear, towels or suitable footwear. See the description of each activity for more details on what to bring.
What security measures are taken?
The safety of our clients is our priority. All our activities follow strict safety protocols and our guides are trained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We also provide safety equipment where required
